Join Calvert County 4-H for a fun workshop day designed to help teens develop important life skills and strategies to tackle everyday stress.
Sessions will focus on the practice of mindfulness and practical ways to implement stress reduction strategies into our everyday life. Youth will interact in discussion, hands-on activities, journaling, and sharing to explore mindfulness through creativity, activity, connection, and proactiveness.
Who: Youth in Middle School & High School
Why: Life is stressful, learn healthy strategies to find your success.
