Would you like some support and tips to be a more effective co-parent with your ex? Family Transitions - Triple P is a group parenting program for divorced, separated, or never married parents. It give you new ways to help protect your child - yourself - from the fallout from a family split.

Triple P can help you encourage behavior you like, deal with problem behavior, become confident as a parent, be realistic about parenting and take care of yourself.
